How to Become an Agent

Real estate agents, or Realtors as they are often called, are people who sell and buy homes. The best of these agents are able to make their living doing this job. They do not have to be licensed in order to do it. There are many ways to become an agent. Some of the ways are:

1. If you have a license in another state then you can apply for a license here in California. You will need to take a test that covers real estate and also a written exam.

2. If you are already licensed then you can get a license here in California. This is done by passing a test that covers the rules and regulations of the state.

3. If you are not licensed then you can join one of the many local real estate associations. These associations will usually provide you with training and information that will help you pass your test.

4. If you are not licensed and you want to start your own business then you can find an agent to work for you. You will have to pay them a percentage of the sale price of the property.

5. You can get a job as an agent through a real estate agency. You will usually have to have a license in order to get this job.

6. If you have a license from another state and you want to practice here in California then you can take the California license exam. You will also need to pass the written test.

7. If you want to get a job as an agent then you can look for an agency that needs help. You will have to take the California license exam and the written exam.

8. If you are already licensed and you want to work for someone else then you can apply for a job as an agent. You will need to pass the California license exam and the exam that the association gives.
